Jim Swink (James Edward Swink) was born on March 14, 1936 in Sacul, Texas. After going to high school at Rusk (TX), Swink attended Texas Christian University. Swink made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Dallas Texans. He played for the Dallas Texans for his entire 1 year career.
