Jim Suchecki

Born on August 25, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois, Jim Suchecki (James Joseph Suchecki) played for the Boston Red Sox, St. Louis Browns and Pittsburgh Pirates over the course of his 3 year career. Suchecki broke into the bigs on May 20, 1950 with the Boston Red Sox, and put up a 5.42 ERA in 89.2 innings pitched in 1951, his rookie year.
