Jim Stacy (James William Stacy) was born on March 4, 1912 in Hallis, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Altus (OK), Stacy attended the University of Oklahoma. Stacy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1935 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 3 year career.
