Jim Schwantz (James William Schwantz) was born on January 23, 1970 in Arlington, Illinois. After going to high school at William Fremd (Arlington Heights, IL), Schwantz attended Purdue University. Schwantz made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1995 was Jim Schwantz's best year.
