Jim Rourke (James Peter Rourke) was born on February 10, 1957 in Weymouth, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Boston College (Dorchester, MA), Rourke attended Boston College. Rourke made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 7 year career.
