Jim Robertson (Alfred James Robertson) was born on January 29, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 15, 1954 for the Philadelphia Athletics. In 1954, his rookie year, he hit .184 with 0 home runs and 8 RBI. Robertson played for the Philadelphia Athletics and Kansas City Athletics over the course of his 2 year career.
