Jim Qualls (James Robert Qualls) was born on October 9, 1946 in Exeter, California. He made his Major League debut on April 10, 1969 for the Chicago Cubs. Qualls played for the Chicago Cubs, Montreal Expos and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 3 year career.
