Jim Palermo (James Vincent Palermo) was born on March 31, 1902 in Kansas City, Kansas. Palermo attended the University of Missouri. Palermo made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Kansas City Cowboys. He played for the Kansas City Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
