Jim O'Malley (James John O'Malley) was born on July 24, 1951 in Youngstown, Ohio. After going to high school at Chaney (Youngstown, OH), O'Malley attended the University of Notre Dame. O'Malley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1975 was Jim O'Malley's best year.
