Jim Neill (James Hubert Neill) was born on May 9, 1913 in Brownfield, Texas. After going to high school at Brownfield (TX), Neill attended Texas Technical University. Neill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the New York Giants. He played for the Chicago Cardinals and New York Giants over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1937 was Jim Neill's best year.
