Jim Melka (James David Melka) was born on January 15, 1962 in West Allis, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Central (West Allis, WI), Melka attended the University of Wisconsin. Melka made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
