Jim Mcmillen (James Willard McMillen) was born on October 23, 1902 in Grays Lake, Illinois. After going to high school at Liberty Township (IL), Mcmillen attended the University of Illinois. Mcmillen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 5 year career.
