Jim Marsalis

Jim Marsalis (James Marsalis) was born on October 10, 1945 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. After going to high school at Carver (Pascagoula, MS), Marsalis attended Tennessee State University. Marsalis made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs the entire time. Marsalis also played in the NFL for 7 years, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 7 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1970 was Jim Marsalis's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
