Jim Looney (James Looney) was born on August 18, 1957 in Bastrop, Louisiana. After going to high school at Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA), Looney attended Los Angeles Southwest College and Purdue University. Looney made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
