Jim Kitts (James Matthew Kitts) was born on December 28, 1972 in Portsmouth, Virginia. After going to high school at Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA), Kitts attended Ferrum College. Kitts made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Washington Redskins and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 2 year career.
