Jim Kiick (James Forrest Kiick) was born on August 9, 1946 in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. After going to high school at Boonton (Lincoln Park, NJ), Kiick attended the University of Wyoming. Kiick made his professional debut in the AFL in 1968 with the Miami Dolphins. He played in the AFL for 2 years, playing for the Miami Dolphins the entire time. Kiick also played in the NFL for 7 years, playing for the Miami Dolphins, Washington Redskins and Denver Broncos over the course of his 7 year NFL career.

Most people believe that 1969 was Jim Kiick's best year, as he ran for 575 yards and ran in 9 TDs.
