Jim Karcher

Jim Karcher (James Norman Karcher) was born on May 2, 1914 in Jackson Township, Ohio. After going to high school at Forest (OH), Karcher attended Ohio State University. Karcher made his professional debut in the NFL in 1936 with the Boston Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and Boston Redskins over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1939 was Jim Karcher's best year.
