Jim Hough (James Husen Hough) was born on August 4, 1956 in Lynwood, California. After going to high school at La Mirada (CA), Hough attended Utah State University. Hough made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1982 was Jim Hough's best year.
