Jim Hill (James Webster Hill) was born on October 21, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas. After going to high school at San Antonio (TX), Hill attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Kingsville. Hill made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the San Diego Chargers. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the San Diego Chargers the entire time. Hill also played in the NFL for 6 years, playing for the Green Bay Packers, San Diego Chargers and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 6 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1969 was Jim Hill's best year, as he picked off 7 passes.
