Born on June 26, 1910 in Danville, Virginia, Jim Henry (James Francis Henry) played for the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 3 year career. Henry broke into the bigs on April 23, 1936 with the Boston Red Sox, and put up a 4.60 ERA in 76.1 innings pitched in 1936, his rookie year.
