Jim Hammill (James E. Hammill, III)After going to high school at Bridgeport (CT), Hammill attended Georgetown University, the University of Connecticut and Villanova University. Hammill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Providence Steam Roller. He played for the Providence Steam Roller for his entire 1 year career.
