Jim Greer (James Daniel Greer) was born on July 7, 1931 in Huntington, West Virginia. After going to high school at Douglass (Huntington, WV), Greer attended Elizabeth city State University. Greer made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
