Jim Golden

Born on March 20, 1936 in Eldon, Missouri, Jim Golden (James Edward Golden) played for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Colt .45s over the course of his 4 year career. Golden broke into the bigs on September 30, 1960 with the Los Angeles Dodgers, and put up a 4.07 ERA in 152.2 innings pitched in 1962, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Jim Golden's best season was 1962, when he posted a 4.07 ERA and struck out 88 batters.
