Jim French (Richard James French) was born on August 13, 1941 in Warren, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on September 12, 1965 for the Washington Senators. In 1968, his rookie year, he hit .194 with 1 home run and 10 RBI. French played for the Washington Senators for his entire 7 year career.
