Jim Foote (James Michael Foote) was born on September 10, 1951 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Boiling Springs (PA), Foote attended Delaware Valley College. Foote made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 1 year career.
