Jim Ellis (James Kevin Ellis) was born on March 25, 1964 in Pomona, California. After going to high school at Redondo (Redondo Beach, CA), Ellis attended Boise State University. Ellis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Los Angeles Raiders for his entire 1 year career.
