Jim Carter (James Charles Carter) was born on October 18, 1948 in St. Paul, Minnesota. After going to high school at South (St. Paul, MN), Carter attended the University of Minnesota. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1973 was Jim Carter's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
