Jim Brown (James Donaldson Brown) was born on March 31, 1893 in Laurel, Maryland. He made his Major League debut on September 13, 1915 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Brown played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Athletics over the course of his 2 year career.
