Jim Boylan (James Owen Boylan) was born on March 19, 1939 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Birmingham (Van Nuys, CA), Boylan attended Washington State Universtiy. Boylan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
