Jim Barron (James Martin Barron) was born on November 10, 1890 in South Boston, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Boston College (Boston, MA), Barron attended Georgetown University. Barron made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Rochester Jeffersons. He played for the Rochester Jeffersons for his entire 1 year career.
