Born on December 7, 1963 in Farmville, Virginia, Jim Austin (James Parker Austin) played for the Milwaukee Brewers for his entire 3 year career. Austin broke into the bigs on July 4, 1991 with the Milwaukee Brewers, and put up a 1.85 ERA in 58.1 innings pitched in 1992, his rookie year.
