Jets Name Chad Pennington Starting QB

While no surprise, Eric Mangini has opted for Chad Pennington as his starting QB. Chad beat out off-season acquisition Patrick Ramsey, rookie draftee Kellen Clemens, and mini-vet Brooks Bollinger. Pennington missed most of last season beause of a bum shoulder.
