Jets Get Gypped Again

Does anyone else notice that the New York Jets aren't in ANY nationally televised games this year? The Jets were the Cinderella story of last year, on a team with no superstars, only one Pro-Bowler (Justin Miller, who was relegated to kick returner), and a first year coach who was tutored under Bill Belichick. And they worked hard to get to the playoffs, and now they don't get any games on national TV.
The drama prone New York Giants, home of prettyboy and clumsy dramatician Eli Manning, get about eighteen of them, despite having trouble down the stretch and losing their only hope of being any good, Tiki Barber. Meanwhile, that team is having issues with its defense. And they get the national spotlight? It seems like the national media, and NBC in particular, love prettyboy QBs. They try and air the Giants as much as they can, and of course they have their contract with Notre Dame (and about 90% of college football fans, especially fans of Michigan, USC, and [insert SEC school here] hate Notre Dame).
Nobody loves a Cinderella story anymore. People would rather see teams with sex appeal than teams which work together as a unit to get places. Hopefully the Jets can use this time out of the spotlight to make it back to the playoffs as a Wild Card (too bad we have the Pats in our division, or else we'd probably win it).
