Jethro Pugh (Jethro Pugh) was born on July 3, 1944 in Windsor, North Carolina. After going to high school at Southwestern (Windsor, NC), Pugh attended Elizabeth city State University. Pugh made his professional debut in the NFL in 1965 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 14 year career.

Most people believe that 1973 was Jethro Pugh's best year, as he recovered 4 opponents fumbles.
