Born on July 24, 1875 in Leeds, Missouri, Jesse Stovall (Jesse Cramer Stovall) played for the Cleveland Naps and Detroit Tigers over the course of his 2 year career. Stovall broke into the bigs on August 31, 1903 with the Cleveland Naps, and put up a 2.05 ERA in 57 innings pitched in 1903, his rookie year.
