Jerry Wilkinson (Gerald Edward Wilkinson) was born on February 27, 1956 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at San Mateo (CA), Wilkinson attended Oregon State University. Wilkinson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 2 year career.
