Jerry Ujdur

Born on March 5, 1957 in Duluth, Minnesota, Jerry Ujdur (Gerald Raymond Ujdur) played for the Detroit Tigers and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 5 year career. Ujdur broke into the bigs on August 17, 1980 with the Detroit Tigers, and put up a 3.69 ERA in 178 innings pitched in 1982, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Jerry Ujdur's best season was 1982, when he posted a 3.69 ERA, won 10 games and struck out 86 batters.
