Jerry Tarr (Gerald LaVern Tarr) was born on August 27, 1939 in Bakersfield, California. After going to high school at Bakersfield (CA), Tarr attended Bakersfield JC and the University of Oregon. Tarr made his professional debut in the AFL in 1962 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
