Jerry Sisemore (Jerald Grant Sisemore) was born on July 16, 1951 in Olton, Texas. After going to high school at Plainview (TX), Sisemore attended the University of Texas. Sisemore made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 12 year career.

Most people believe that 1975 was Jerry Sisemore's best year.
