Jerry Narron (Jerry Austin Narron) was born on January 15, 1956 in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He made his Major League debut on April 13, 1979 for the New York Yankees. In 1981, his rookie year, he hit .222 with 3 home runs and 17 RBI. Narron played for the New York Yankees, Seattle Mariners and California Angels over the course of his 8 year career.
