Jerry Kenney (Gerald Tennyson Kenney) was born on June 30, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri. He made his Major League debut on September 5, 1967 for the New York Yankees. In 1969, his rookie year, he hit .257 with 2 home runs and 34 RBI. Kenney played for the New York Yankees and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that Jerry Kenney's best season was 1969, when he stole 25 bases.
