Jerry Holmes

Jerry Holmes (Jerry Holmes) was born on December 22, 1957 in Hampton, Virginia. After going to high school at Bethel (Hampton, VA), Holmes attended Chowan JC and West Virginia University. Holmes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets, Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Jerry Holmes's best year, as he picked off 6 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
