Jerry Green (Jerome Albert Green) was born on April 16, 1936 in Atlanta, Georgia. After going to high school at Henry Grady (Atlanta, GA), Green attended Georgia Institure of Technology. Green made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 1 year career.
