Jerry Golsteyn (Jerry Mark Golsteyn) was born on August 6, 1954 in West Allis, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Central (West Allis, WI), Golsteyn attended Northern Illinois University. Golsteyn made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Jerry Golsteyn's best year.
