Jerry Garvin

Born on October 21, 1955 in Oakland, California, Jerry Garvin (Theodore Jared Garvin) played for the Toronto Blue Jays for his entire 6 year career. Garvin broke into the bigs on April 10, 1977 with the Toronto Blue Jays, and put up a 4.19 ERA in 244.2 innings pitched in 1977, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Jerry Garvin's best season was 1980, when he posted a 2.29 ERA and struck out 52 batters.
