Jerry Fay (Jeremiah L. Fay) was born on July 18, 1897. Fay attended Grove City College. Fay made his professional debut in the AFLG in 1926 with the Philadelphia Quakers. He played for the Philadelphia Quakers for his entire 1 year career.
