Jerry Cornelison (Jerry G. Cornelison) was born on September 13, 1936 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Temple (TX), Cornelison attended Southern Methodist University. Cornelison made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Dallas Texans. He played for the Dallas Texans and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 5 year career.
