Jerry Collins (Jerald Ezra Collins) was born on February 1, 1947 in Muskegon, Michigan. After going to high school at Muskegon (MI), Collins attended Western Michigan University. Collins made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the Buffalo Bills. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Buffalo Bills the entire time. Collins also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Buffalo Bills the entire time.

Most people believe that 1970 was Jerry Collins's best year.
