Jerome Foster (Jerome Foster) was born on July 25, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Kettering (Detroit, MI), Foster attended Ohio State University. Foster made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the New York Jets and Houston Oilers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Jerome Foster's best year.
