Jerome Collins (Jerome Vincent Collins) was born on August 18, 1982 in Warrenville, Illinois. After going to high school at Wheaton-Warrenville (IL), Collins attended the University of Notre Dame. Collins made his professional debut in the NFL in 2005 with the St. Louis Rams. He has played for the Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Rams over the course of his 2 year career.
